Data protection ### Data in the EU All data in MGX is stored and processed within the EU, in line with GDPR. If you connect an external AI service, its terms apply to what you send to it. Uptime ### 99.99% The data centres MGX runs in have 99.99% availability. The figure applies to the infrastructure, not a contractual promise for the whole service. Backups ### Backup Your data is backed up, so it can be restored if something happens. Information security ### ISO 27001 We are preparing for ISO 27001 for customers who require it. Every customer has its own instance with its own database, and you can reach your data through an open API. Where is our data stored, and how is it protected? All data in MGX is stored and processed within the EU, in line with GDPR. If you connect an external AI service such as Claude or ChatGPT, that service’s terms apply to what you send to it. The data centres have 99.99% availability, and your data is backed up. We are preparing for ISO 27001 for customers who require it. How much does MGX ERP cost? Workshop costs SEK 2,995 per month for 2 users. Pro costs SEK 3,995 per month with 5 users, and more users cost SEK 499 per person per month. Facility is priced by quote to suit you. Onboarding is a one-off SEK 19,995. All prices exclude VAT. Do the features differ between plans? No. Every plan has the same features. The only difference is how many users are included, and Workshop has at most 2 users. What does the onboarding fee include? Your own system, import of customers, vehicles and items from your old system, setup of prices and the accounting connection, and basic training. Expect about a week before you are up and running, often less. The fee is SEK 19,995, paid once. Does MGX ERP have a lock-in period? No. With monthly billing you cancel by the month. If you pay a year at a time you get two months free, but the annual payment is not refunded if you cancel during the year. Can we move from our current system? Yes. We help move customers, vehicles and history. Vehicles can be imported in bulk, and duplicate customers and items are found automatically. Can we run both systems during the switch? Yes.
