All data in MGX is stored and processed within the EU, in line with GDPR. If you connect an external AI service such as Claude or ChatGPT, that service’s terms apply to what you send to it. The data centres have 99.99% availability, and your data is backed up. We are preparing for ISO 27001 for customers who require it.

Workshop costs SEK 2,995 per month for 2 users. Pro costs SEK 3,995 per month with 5 users, and more users cost SEK 499 per person per month. Facility is priced by quote to suit you. Onboarding is a one-off SEK 19,995. All prices exclude VAT.

No. Every plan has the same features. The only difference is how many users are included, and Workshop has at most 2 users.

Your own system, import of customers, vehicles and items from your old system, setup of prices and the accounting connection, and basic training. Expect about a week before you are up and running, often less. The fee is SEK 19,995, paid once.

No. With monthly billing you cancel by the month. If you pay a year at a time you get two months free, but the annual payment is not refunded if you cancel during the year.

Yes. We help move customers, vehicles and history. Vehicles can be imported in bulk, and duplicate customers and items are found automatically.

Yes. You get your own instance from the start and can run in parallel until you are ready to close the old system.

Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI assistants to systems and tools. With MCP, an assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT can use MGX ERP directly.

Claude, ChatGPT and any other AI assistant that supports MCP connections. There is also a REST API for your own code.

No. The agent never sends anything to the customer, never approves on the customer’s behalf and never invoices. It prepares, for example draft quotes, and a person takes the last step.

No. The agent has the same permissions as the signed-in user and only sees what that user is allowed to see.
